IR.on AG advises SANHA on successful bond placement in difficult market environment

SANHA GmbH & Co. KG has issued a new corporate bond. IR.on AG accompanied the transaction and supported the medium-sized company with managing investor and media relations.

Cologne | Essen, 19 Dezember 2024 – The owner-managed family company SANHA, based in Essen, has further strengthened its position on the capital market and successfully placed its second corporate bond (ISIN: DE000A383VY6, WKN: A383VY) on the market. The issue met with great interest, particularly from existing investors, which was reflected in a high conversion rate of over 40%. The new bond, which has a fixed annual interest rate of 8.75%, achieved a placed volume of EUR 14.7 million and thus a good result in a difficult market environment for medium-sized issuers.

The 2024/2029 bond was offered as part of a combined placement structure, which comprised an exchange offer for existing holders of the 2013/2026 bond and a public offer. In addition, due to the company's comfortable liquidity situation, a buyback offer for further notes of the 2013/2026 bond with a nominal value of up to EUR 5 million was made following the issue.

The core task of our team of consultants was to further strengthen the trust built up with existing investors in recent years through transparent capital market communication and to emphasise the robust financial position based on a resilient business model. Throughout the entire bond project, we supported the transaction team as a professional and experienced communications partner. Our focus was on developing the bond story, customising the website as a central information platform, press relations, media planning and advertising placement in the financial press and bond media.

The issue was supported by Quirin Privatbank AG, HEUKING as legal advisor, Lewisfield Deutschland GmbH as financial advisor, CapSolutions GmbH as selling agent.
