IR.on AG supports GRAMMER AG’s repositioning on the capital market

At the turn of the year 2021/22, IR.on AG won another investor relations advisory mandate. GRAMMER AG (Prime Standard; ISIN: DE0005895403) specializes in the development and production of components and systems for vehicle interiors. Its fast-growing Commercial Vehicles division focuses on the production of seats for trucks and off-road vehicles (tractors, construction vehicles and forklifts) as well as seating systems for buses and trains. With around 14,000 employees, the GRAMMER Group is active in 20 countries worldwide and generated sales revenues of around 1.9 billion euros in 2021.

The task of the four-strong team of consultants for GRAMMER was initially to lay the foundation for the future equity story by developing the content concept for the Annual Report 2021. Under the claim “Solutions for a world on the move”, five key mega-trends were identified in which GRAMMER participates with its diverse product range and which will determine the future strategic course of the traditional Bavarian company. These are electrification, digitalization, urbanization, security of supply for a growing world population and sustainability.

In addition to project management, conception and editing of the annual report, IR.on supported GRAMMER’s IR team in the presentation and preparation of the materials on the 2021 financial figures and the communication via the various instruments and media channels. The next step will be the further sharpening of the equity story in close connection with the medium-term guidance, which is to be presented to the capital market at the end of April 2022.
Besides classic IR calendar work, IR.on’s Sustainability & ESG team is currently supporting GRAMMER AG in the implementation of the Taxonomy Regulation.
