IR.on supports GRAMMER AG in the preparation of its non-financial report

Cologne, May 2, 2024 - In addition to preparing the annual report, the IR.on ESG team is supporting GRAMMER AG for the second time in preparing its non-financial report. As a large and internationally active company, GRAMMER AG must disclose non-financial key figures in addition to its financial figures and report on its efforts in the area of sustainability.

GRAMMER AG, based in Ursensollen, Germany, has two business segments. On the one hand, it develops and produces high-quality interior and operating systems as well as innovative thermoplastic components for the automotive industry. On the other hand, it produces driver and passenger seats for trucks, trains, buses and off-road vehicles.

IR.on already supported GRAMMER AG in preparing its non-financial statement for the 2022 financial year. This year, the second report followed with reference to the international GRI standards. In this project, IR.on was responsible for the conception, editing and overall coordination of the report.

In its non-financial report, GRAMMER AG provides information on the progress of its climate protection targets defined in 2022, the implementation of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act and its improved ESG ratings. The report also contains information on the Group's corporate governance, its products, environmentally relevant figures and important aspects relating to GRAMMER's employees. GRAMMER AG also had to disclose information in accordance with Article 8 of the Taxonomy Regulation again this year.

The summarized separate non-financial report of GRAMMER AG can be found here.
