Background:
DF Deutsche Forfait Group is a listed company specialising in export finance, with a particular focus on trade with emerging and developing countries. Since the 2007 IPO, IR.on AG has advised the globally operating company in the fields of corporate communications and investor relations. Apart from strategic communications advice for the top management, this also includes support in all IR and PR tasks as well as the company’s online communications.
Task and result:
In its capacity as project manager, IR.on AG was responsible for relaunching the financial service provider’s corporate website including concept development, design, programming and content production. The challenge was to not only meet the company’s marketing requirements but also to comply with the comprehensive disclosure obligations and requirements of the capital market.
Partnering with a creative agency, IR.on developed a concept that allows the fast orientation and channelling of DF Group’s heterogeneous target groups on the website. The transparent user interface ensures that importers and exporters, banks and trade finance investors swiftly find answers to their questions about the possibilities to do business with DF Group. The redesigned Investor Relations section provides capital market investors with a comprehensive overview of all relevant financial information.
