However, in order to continue its own sustainability efforts in the coming years in an even more targeted manner and to prepare for the growing demands of stakeholders and legislators, the Group decided to undergo an extensive strategy process with the support of IR.on AG, including an analysis of the environment and the development of the materiality matrix. For the specific sustainability goals subsequently developed, Homann Holzwerkstoffe has taken its inspiration from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/sustainabledevelopment\/sustainable-development-goals\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)<\/a> of the United Nations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Based on this, the first sustainability report of Homann Holzwerkstoffe GmbH was developed together with IR.on AG based on the standards of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.globalreporting.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Global Reporting Initiative (GRI)<\/a>\u00a0and published in August 2022. To accompany this, the IR.on consultants designed an information flyer for internal communication in order to roll out the new sustainability strategy throughout the company and to explain it
