IR.on AG supports PFISTERER Holding SE with financial and ESG reporting ahead of its IPO

Professional reporting is crucial for companies going public. With its comprehensive expertise in financial communications and ESG, IR.on AG supported PFISTERER Holding SE in reaching this important milestone.

The first IPO of the year in Germany has been successfully completed: PFISTERER Holding SE, a family-owned technology company that develops and manufactures solutions for insulating and connecting electrical conductors at interfaces in power grids, made its debut on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on 14 May 2025 — and mastered this milestone with flying colors. IR.on AG supported the company in preparing its financial and ESG reporting, thereby making an important contribution to the transparent presentation of PFISTERER's equity story and growth prospects.

The focus was on developing a modern online report that presents financial and sustainability information in an interactive and user-friendly format, which was created in collaboration with the digital reporting agency Nexxar. The digital report enables the various stakeholders to access the information relevant to them and, thanks to its responsive design, offers optimal access via a range of devices. Particular emphasis was placed on presenting the growth strategy, which was also an important part of the company's IPO story.

Dariusch Manssuri, Managing Partner of IR.on AG: “We congratulate the company on its successful IPO and are delighted to have been involved in preparing the financial and ESG reporting. In what has been a weak IPO environment in Germany to date, this success by a mid-sized issuer sends a strong signal and gives hope that the local IPO market will work for companies with a compelling equity story and attractive growth prospects.”

The main tasks of the IR.on AG advisory team were to structure the content of the financial report and integrate relevant ESG aspects into the reporting. The challenge was to present the complex financial information and sustainability aspects in a way that was understandable and accessible to various stakeholder groups.

In addition, the advisory team supported the development of a concept for internal IPO communication. It is particularly notable that PFISTERER has opted for high transparency standards and plans to voluntarily comply with the disclosure requirements applicable to listed companies in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
