Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Prof. Dr Friedrich Graf von Westphalen founded the renowned law firm Friedrich Graf von Westphalen & Partner in Cologne in 1973, where he has been working as a lawyer ever since.
He is considered a pioneer in the fields of export financing, product liability, general terms and conditions, and leasing law. Other areas of expertise include insurance and contract law, international contracts, and his work as an expert witness and arbitrator. In addition, he has been teaching at Bielefeld University since 1998, where he was awarded an honorary professorship in 2004.
Anne Pattberg
Anne Pattberg is an internationally active entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience in sustainability and ESG, both on the corporate side and at renowned consulting firms.
She combines experience from numerous major consulting mandates, including TK Elevator, Otto Group and Evonik Industries, with extensive expertise in sustainability consulting for German SMEs. As a proven expert in the ESG market, she has received multiple awards for innovation and transparency in non-financial corporate reporting.

Christian Underwood is CEO & Co-Founder of the digital strategy-as-a-service provider StrategyFrame, co-author of the book HOFFNUNG IST KEINE STRATEGIE (Hope is not a strategy) and host of the leading German-language strategy podcast of the same name.
For around 20 years, he has been advising entrepreneurs, owners and top managers in family businesses, small and mid-cap companies and DAX-listed corporations on all strategic matters.
