In the Sustainability & ESG division, we advise our customers on regulatory requirements, provide support in the development of sustainability strategies and in the preparation of sustainability reports. While setting up this new business division, IR.on developed and implemented its own sustainability strategy  within the company. Since then, we have defined new goals and measures for all four areas of action every year in order to contribute to sustainable development.

In our first sustainability report, we provide information on the company's  focus areas, disclose important key figures and report on measures and successes to date in the four areas of action of our strategy.
 

As a service company, one focus of our sustainability strategy is on our employees, because our employees are our most valuable resource. We constantly endeavour to increase the satisfaction of our employees and strengthen team cohesion.

The further development and training of our employees is also very important to us. In this area, we endeavour to expand our network, develop skills and ensure an exchange of knowledge within the team.

Compliance is the basis of our actions at IR.on AG, which is why we want to strengthen the trust of our customers and our network partners in us through measures such as following a Code of Conduct and organizing data protection training.

Through strategic communication on the topic of sustainability and concrete measures for climate protection, we want to promote and drive forward the sustainability commitment of our stakeholders and minimize our own carbon footprint, which we have been calculating annually since 2021.
