In addition to supporting our customers in the area of sustainability and ESG, we at iron are also continuously working internally on our own sustainability strategy and report annually on the progress we have made in pursuing our goals.

In the Sustainability & ESG division, we advise our clients on regulatory requirements, provide support in the development of sustainability strategies and in the preparation of sustainability reports. In the course of setting up the new business division, we developed our own sustainability strategy and implemented it within the company. Since then, we have defined new targets and measures for all four areas of action every year in order to contribute to sustainable development.
In our sustainability report, we provide information about the company's key areas of focus, disclose important key figures and report on measures taken to date and successes achieved in the four fields of action covered by our strategy.
Our fields of action
As a service provider, one focus of our sustainability strategy is on our employees, because our employees are our most important resource. We constantly strive to increase employee satisfaction and strengthen team cohesion.
The development and further training of our employees is also very important to us. In this area, we strive to expand our network, develop skills and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
Compliance is the basis of our actions at iron AG. Through measures such as following a code of conduct and conducting data protection training, we strengthen the trust of our customers and network partners.
Through strategic communication on the topic of sustainability and concrete measures for climate protection, we promote our stakeholders' commitment to sustainability and minimise our own carbon footprint, which we have been calculating annually since 2021. In 2024, we were able to further reduce our emissions per employee.
