Cologne | Düsseldorf, 30 November 2022 – Katjesgreenfood GmbH & Co. KG (“Katjes Greenfood”), a pioneer in building up plant-based growth brands, has successfully placed a corporate bond (ISIN: DE000A30V3F1 / WKN: A30V3F) with a volume of 20 million euros, thus laying an excellent basis for further growth.
The issue comprised a public offering as well as a private placement for institutional investors.
The Katjes Greenfood bond has a term of five years and carries a fixed nominal interest rate of 8.00% p.a. The bond is listed on the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in the Quotation Board segment.
The IR.on consultant team supported the issuer in the strategic preparation and operational execution of targeted communication about the issue. This included support in areas such as IR website, marketing measures and press relations as well as the direct communication with private investors (hotline).
The success of the issue is not least reflected in the very positive share price performance recorded on the first trading days following the placement.
The private placement was jointly lead managed by B. Metzler seel. Sohn & Co. Aktiengesellschaft and IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG.
